Creed Miles was asked to provide a storage solution for all the Bank’s retail and commercial branches throughout the UK.          

  

The Brief

The Bank wanted a safe, cost effective yet attractive,storage system for installation into public-facing front offices in all branches,making it easy for staff to access files quickly when needed.

The Solution

Creed Miles suggested Bisley’s award winning InnerSpace’ system - a stylish and effective filing solution which enables branches to cope with high density archiving of files efficiently and easily.
One InnerSpace system, ten metres in length and six metres in depth, increased the capacity of existing storage areas by 100%. By not resorting to a repeat
of the original traditional storage system and opting instead for InnerSpace saved 50% in capital spend.Plus, the extra rented storage space was no longer necessary, which created even more savings.

The other main requirement for the storage system was security. All the InnerSpace bays are lockable ensuring 100% document safety which is vital for the confidential files stored by financialinstitutions.
The entire scheme has now been adopted as part of the new design for all the Bank’s branches and has been installed at the recently refurbished Mayfair,Northampton, Hampstead and Birmingham Temple Row locations.
