Creed Miles & Co were the successful company chosen to undertake the total re-design and refurbishment of 525 sq metres of office space for Genesis Capital.

THE BRIEF

Genesis wanted to create a special working environment for their staff, both practical and
functional, but above all, a workplace of which the staff could be proud and that would also impress
their clients. This ground up re-design, demolition and build had to be completed from start to finish within 5 weeks.

THE SOLUTION

After close consultation with the client, the Creedmiles design team’s initial plans were submitted for the working areas, boardroom, consulting rooms, kitchen and break out areas. Then the colour schemes and finishes were chosen, flooring, wall coverings and window treatments agreed and office furniture chosen, ordered and built. Due to the scale of the job and the relatively short time frame, the success of the project depended upon meticulous planning.
