Creed Miles was asked by the Bank to transform a derelict retail unit into their flagship store, within a limited time scale of 4 weeks.

THE BRIEF

The store was to set the high standard for future developments, as required by the client.

THE SOLUTION

After working with the Bank for over two years, looking at several locations, plans and building regulations, a location was finally decided upon and work got underway.
With such a tight timetable, meticulous planning was required to achieve this assignment on time and within budget. Weekly meetings with the Client also ensured the progress and quality of work were to their complete satisfaction as well as to confirm the project was on schedule.
