A referral to Myhome, Esher, led to Creed Miles & Co presenting them with a proposal for a total
refurbishment of their new headquarters.

THE BRIEF

Myhome wanted the building to be totally refurbished, making it into a pleasant and prestigious environment in which to work. The project had to be completed within three months.

THE SOLUTION

After a full site survey, Creed Miles liaised closely with Myhome and created CAD drawings for all
aspects of the project. Once approved, work began on 8th January, with the total strip-out of everything in the building, including M & E, leaving a bare shell in which to start. With such a relatively short timescale, meticulous planning and good project management were essential. Creed Miles’ excellent record in these departments paid off, and the end of March saw the whole project completed - within time and to budget.
