To dilapidate all installations from outgoing tenant to floor space of 47,500 square foot and replicate design and feel to what we had previously supplied and installed to the 4 other floors in the building.
To work with the facilities team with regards to a furniture inventory from other floors that could be used and what new furniture was required.
To work with nominated contractors from the client and manage and programme their installations.
Having worked with the client over many years to the other 4 floors to the same building an amazing working and trusting relationship had already formed making these works and the understanding of what the client required slightly easier than usually.
After plans and designs were signed off a detailed furniture schedule was created of what could be relocated from other floors and what new furniture was required.
Weekly site meetings were arranged with all contractors to go through progress of works and design tweaks that could be made along the way to make sure we got the best out of every inch of the floor space for the client.
